Weekend Wrap Up & Mail Call

In case you are wondering

about the Monster Truck Show,

here is what we saw:

My Little Person LOVED it!

Me....not my kind of thing AT ALL

(too LOUD & crowded)

but  don't tell the Little Person

because he was amazed by the trucks!

However, I did enjoy the time away even if

did miss the Spring Sewing Party.

Before I left,

I received a lovely present from my

dear friend Mary at Quilt Hollow !

She included this lovely, little packet of Whimsy from Fig Tree.

Once a FIG-natic, always a FIG-natic!

As I flipped through the pile,

I found a few favorites:

Red, of course!

And this lovely blue.

Thank you so much Mary! You made my day!

I am still catching up & I plan to check out what everyone

made at the Spring Sewing Party.

Until Next Time....Happy Quilting!

Is that a homemade card? (with the flower on it)? If so, it's gorgeous and it goes so nicely with the Whimsy fabric. Happy your little person had fun at the truck show!

I missed you BIG time. But Little People do take priority, I understand.

Isn't Mary just a sweetheart. She has a HUGE HEART, full of love for others.

Yeap, I see that red and that blue. I do believe Mary knows what you like.

Blessings to you...and look forward to the next time we can play.

My guys just went to a truck show a few weeks back...I stayed home to quilt. :-) Since they are all older than 16 I think they were ok with that. Hee!! I could imagine how much they would have really loved it when they were 5.
It was just a little something...I'm so glad it didn't get lost in the mail afterall. You have always treated me so well.
