Spring Break was kind of a bust for us
because of the weather.
(Speaking of weather, Weather.com, you are FIRED!
You promised me a week of warm, sunny weather
and all I got was 1 pitiful day at the very end of the week!
So for that.. you are FIRED!)
Since the weather was bad all week,
here is what we did:
We turned on the music and danced to Lady GaGa "Bad Romance".
Rah-rah-ah-ah-ah
(The quilt was the stage.)
Then we:
sat down and did a lot of puzzles.
In honor of National Quilting Day,
I finished sewing the binding on this.
Just a few more stitches and I will be done!
Here is a hint : (wink, wink)
It is red, white, and MODA !

Spring break can be notorious for bad weather......at least you only have one to keep busy and you seem to do great with that...I bet he loved his time with mom!
Sounds like you made a good save and had plenty of playtime fun. A little Moda therapy should almost always chase away the bad weather blues. Our weather folks have resorted to declaring that they make no promises on the weather, lol, butt covering or what? Ha.
Even though icky weather sure looks like you two had a good time!

You are funny. I sing strange words to Lady Gaga songs, too. I love making up my own lyrics and it infuriates my family. My kids spring break is next week. I hope the weather is better than the last few days here.

wet days are nade just for quilting, you must be heading for some lovely spring weather, we are sadly into autumn, the poplars are turning colour and loosing their leaves...
Your quilts and photos are beautiful! Yes, now for Easter when we all have to cover up our pretty spring dresses with a sweater or spring coat! lol Maybe not this year.... Hope you have nicer weather soon!
