Holy Cow!

Holy Cow!

This is not Colorado or the East Coast!

This is the Deep South...Mississippi!

Last night we got a few inches of snow.

I know that it is not much but it NEVER snows down here!

The entire city has shutdown

& we are enjoying a 4 day weekend!

Luckily my Little Person's snow bib and snow boots from

last year's trip to Mammoth Lakes still fit.

We made snow angels.

We rolled down the hill.

And we made a giant snowman.

We are definately enjoying our day in the snow.

Until Next Time...Happy Quilting!

Know what you mean-----we had 12.5" in N. Texas. Broke the record for the most snow in N. Texas----ever! Wish we had a snow shovel.

Hasn't this been a blast? I live in the south too, and I feel like a kid again! Although I must say, all this snow play is tiring and really messy too! :)

I'm getting kind of tired of the white stuff. I need sunshine! But we have to be grateful for what we have I suppose.
