Pinwheel Pirouette

I have just finished my July project for the Charming Girls' Quilt Club. This month I was able to make the complete quilt. The pattern is called Pinwheel Pirouette by Cozy Quilt Designs. The fabrics that I used include Moda's Roman Holiday, American Jane, Winter, and Oak Leaf and Reels.

(Sorry for the terrible photos, but is has been raining ALL day long!)
If you look closely, you can see the yo-yo's that I appliqued to the center of the pinwheels.

I am determined to use up my stash. I have several large pieces of fabric that are just waiting to be used. What better way to use them than on the back of a quilt? If you look closely, you will see that I have even put the label on my quilt!

Here is my completed quilt just waiting to be used. Like I said before, I started this quilt last November and it has been waiting patiently for me to complete it. It was worth the wait!
If the weather is better tomorrow, I will take a picture of the center of the pinwheels with the yo-yo center.
I can't wait to see what the other quilt club members' create! I will be checking on them.
Until Next Time.....Happy Quilting!

Gorgeous, just gorgeous, Stef. I love the pattern! Will you give me lessons on how you mix and match those fabric lines? I'd really like to learn -- cuz I just love how your quilts turn out! Way to sew, girl!
