One Hexagon At A Time

Since I have been so inspired by Simply Libby and her GORGEOUS hexagon quilt, I decided to revisit my own hexagon quilt! The last time that I worked on it was about 5 months ago and I wasn't too pleased with the flowers that I had made. I contacted Libby and she gave me some great tips. Here is my progress:

Here are my 25 flowers all neatly stacked together.

So far I am in love with all of the fabrics and the color scheme.

I really don't know how I am going to assemble them together, so I will continue to work on them one hexagon at a time.

It Is Done!

My Memory Quilt is done!

(Sorry for the Black & White photo, but I don't want my DH to recognize it before I give it to him! He tends to lurk around on my blog sometimes!) The color scheme is blue, yellow, and tan. My design is simple because I wanted the photos to be the focus.

Next In Line

This is what I am working on tonight. It is the next project that I have in line to be completed.

I am watching my TiVo shows and sewing the binding on this quilt. It is a Memory Quilt that I made for my DH. It was actually his anniversary/Valentine's Day present. Oops, just a little late for both!
