A New Addition

My Fairy Quilt Godmother waved her magic rotary cutter

and sprinkled some fairy dust.

With a little (really a lot) of help

from my DH,

this package arrived on my doorstep:

Inside the beautiful box was

the newest addition to my quilting family:

Let me introduce you to

"Aurora", which means dawn or new light.

I stuck with this name because I feel like I have been sewing

in the dark ages all of this time!

This will be the start of many new things for me.

Who knew that a little bit of technololgy could completely change

my quilting world!

Seriously, how did I quilt before this?

Until Next Time...Happy Quilting

Welcome Aurora!
It is good to know she has been adopted into a good home that will love her to bits! Looking forward to seeing all the goodies you whip up with her. Was it your birthday? Do tell!!
Also...what were you sewing on before?

Aurora made a wonderful debut. She's a beauty in her own right.
And I bet she creates like a gem.

Oh, what beautiful buttons, controls and even a card to show her friends what she does. She's going to make the rest of the family take a back burner.

Aurora - who knew you'd be so gorgeous!!!

And "sew" it begins.................
